Service Support
"Service is Our Strength"
IN-HOUSE COATING THICKNESS GAUGE SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Fischer Instrumentation (GB) has always been strong on technical support and service in the UK and Ireland. With a dedicated service department at the Lymington facility in Hampshire, Fischer is well equipped to carry out routine servicing and repairs in-house - quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. Most hand-held coating and bench-top thickness gauges are serviced this way.
ON-SITE X-RAY SPECTROMETER AND MICROHARDNESS SERVICE AND SUPPORT
If a fault occurs with an instrument like the X-Ray spectrometer or the microhardness tester, which is impractical to move or you cannot afford delays in production, Fischer offer fast, on-site servicing and trouble shooting support. Remote servicing (requires Internet-access at the customer site) allows Fischer to quickly pinpoint the nature of the problem and in most instances, the problem can be identified this way. If this preliminary diagnostics facility is not enough, then a service engineer is duly despatched. Due to the density of industry in the Midlands, Fischer has a service engineer based in this area. Altogether our team of 4 experienced service engineers cover the on-site demand for the UK and Ireland.
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT PROGRAMME FOR EASY REGULAR SERVICING
This is an easy system of regular servicing and calibration which guarantees longevity of a Fischer product. Already built to a high specification and with longevity in mind, a maintenance agreement programme maximises the efficiency of the instrument and helps avoid costly breakdowns. A Fischer product is an investment worth looking after and if you're not already on a maintenance programme, then please call 01590 684100 for more details.
FISCHER SERVICES THEIR OLD PRODUCTS - SOME OF WHICH ARE 30 YEARS OLD!
Fischer Instrumentation (GB) takes great pride in being possibly the only company in the industry to service and repair their older systems if required and has access to a large stock of spares. In most cases, the UK-customer has the choice between repair or replacement.
